i am trying to add the attachment from the notes.while debugging the following error
"Changes to attachments for an email in pending or sending status is not allowed" while trying to create the email attachment. how to rectify it?

yes i have created a create steps for email ,but after adding the attachment to mail step (in my custom workflow)when try to remove my attachment from notes the following error occur.

The error message is accurate - you can only make changes to the email, or to the attachments when the email record is in certain states and statuses.
It sounds like you are trying to send the email before adding the attachments. The Send Email workflow step will try to immediately send the email; if you need a add attachments before sending the email, then use a Create step to create the email. However, if you need to automate sending the email, you'd need a custom workflow activity to send the email
