When I create line level auto charges, they appear under total charges when "totals" is clicked on a sales order (if there was an auto charge that should be associated with that order). However, I created a header level auto charge for a particular customer, which I assume should apply the charge to any order to this particular customer. It does not appear under total charges. The auto charge I set up is in the image below.
When I created the sales order I set "US-200" as the customer, and changed the delivery mode of the order to "10." Since the item code is all, any item i select should trigger this charge ($66.66). Below are screenshots of the Sales order
And finally the screen shot below will show the results of clicking "Totals" The autocharge above is not in Total Charges.
Why is the charge not being applied? If header charges aren't displayed here, can they still be grabbed from somewhere?
