30Comerica requires a transmission line on the safe pay file that sums the counts for checks and the counts for voids as well as the amounts for checks and amounts for voids. I am able to add all of the items to get a count total for both voids and checks. I am unable to get the transmission line to add the amounts. There is a choice for net total (subtracts void total from check total), check total (sums all of the check amounts) and void total (sums all of the void amounts.) I tried the field total and couldn't get that to work.
How do I add all of the amounts in the file on the transmission footer line?
