Hi All,

I want to know in Sales order Changes activity in Dynamcis GP. For example : Some one has changed the values in Order fields like Shipping amount or Discount Amount. How can i know that particuler USER change this field ?. Is there any possibility in Dynamics GP.

Please advice me .

Hi Pavan-

You'd need to use some kind of auditing tool to track changes at the table level. Or you could add a trigger to the SOP10200 table yourself to store the changes in another table.

I would recommend Auditor from Rockton Software. It is a great product. I have used it to track changes to quantities, ship dates, unit prices on SOP transactions.
