Double Click on Standard Lists

Hi all,

We have recently upgraded to Business Central and some users are encountering an issue where double clicking a record on a standard list won't open the corresponding card ex; double click on a Posted Sales Invoice and nothing happens.

As previously mentioned, these are standard list pages. Any ideas of what could be wrong here?  (For the record, one of the users experiencing this problem has SUPER permission so I don't think it has anything to do with permissions).

Thanks in advance!

I think that is a normal behavior on BC. You will need to click on the "No." (or the blue highlighted ones) to open the card.

Are you referring to the D365BC or OnPremise Version, and is it on NAV client or Web Client?

Hi Suresh, it's BC on Prem using Windows Client. The thing is that it works for some users but not for others ... :(

Solved : Changed the ModifyAllowed property

How did it work then for some users? it wouldn't have worked for anyone if you have that property set to false.

Hi Suresh... I think we had the wrong info from the user - they were probably referring for a different list. Thanks for your help :)
