Updating to UI - "Use Unified Interface Only. This setting is no longer available."

Hi,

We have backed up and restored a live system into sandbox, in able to enable the new UI and test it.

However when going to settings, behaviour to enable it the option is greyed out and states "Use Unified Interface Only. This setting is no longer available."

Can any one advise why this may be?

    Hi there, I would say that this is expected if you had already transition to the new UCI interface, but since seems not be the case I would suggest you to consider to raise a ticket with Support and request assistance to transition the instance.
