Hello everyone,
 
i'm trying to add more choices to an option set in Accounts Entity i have a choice field with 2 choices 
 
it gives me the above message
then i went into Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Expand Account > Fields > double click on the option set > Edit and it's all greyed out
 
how can i add more options to this option set ?

    Hi barbarbar,
          As it is a yes/no field, you can't add any other options to it.
     
         If it is a optionset field, You can add/remove options this using JavaScript by referring to the below article.
