To add hyperlink on a list item of a customized page in Business Central

I have created a page "Item Categories List" in Business Central as shown below.

I would like to convert each of these category codes (e.g. chair, desk etc.) to a hyperlink which navigates me to another page.

Please help me with the AL code if possible.

    You can set a table relation property with your new table or handle the lookup event of this field via code.
