Trying to find a download link for the Rapid Implementation Methodology Toolkit on the Microsoft website. However the only mention of it has a link but no actual page or lofcation attached. All the info seems to be a couple of year sold at least but Microsoft talked about it at the last Partner meeting.
Anyone know where I can download it?

NAV 2013 uses the RapidStart Services instead of RIM.
