Leave and Absence - Leave plan without max hours/days

Hi, 

I'm trying to create a leave plan without max hours/days (ex: Student leave).

Is there a way to achieve this (without setting a huge value for max hours/days)?

    Hi Ana,

    I typically give them a leave type with a minimum balance of -366.

    Meaning they can request all day in a year, but without a balance.

    A balance (for example sick leave) will be seen by the employee as right to take, and this option allows the employee to go negative..
