Client wants Ship To Address to appear in Document Description on RM Statement

We have request to produce the Invoice Shipto Address value on the Document Description that appears on the RM Statement on Blank Paper

Currently - with out modification that value is the Document Number repeated under the field Description.

I have looked for a number of different Decriptions but not one changes to the correct value required.

On the Invoice I have used Comment ID, Note ID - no use as we can not find those values in the RM Statment tables

On the invoice I have also entered the Shipto Address value on the 'line item Description' that of course did not work as the Statement by that time is a summary document.

Anyone have any suggestions?  Remember that this has to be repeatable for hundreds of invoices per month, so no one say Macro - thanks.

    On the RM Statement the client would like to see the Ship To Address ID - which contains the Area and Lot number for the building - so not the full address is needed.

    The challenge I am having is that none of the data fields available in the SOP data entry window are carried over to the Statement Temp table.  The only common field - that is Invoice Specific at the Statement level turns out to be the PO Number field

    That is pretty restrictive - so if you can figure out a way to get more data to the Statement Temp table or linked to the RM Statement on Blank Paper report in Report Writer I would be very interested.
