GP2013R2 12.00.2150 to GP2016R2
My Fixed Asset Version in GP2013R2 is 12.0.1524. I get the message Product 309 does not support upgrading from version 12.0.1524.
This also happens with Product ID5967 where the message is Product 5967 does not support upgrading from version 12.0.1538
How can I get around this please?

Was Fixed Assets and Fixed Assets Enhancements installed in your GP company after the January 2017 hotfix for GP 2013 R2 was installed? Your fixed assets version should be 12.0.2122.
For ID 5697 (Fixed Assets Enhancements), that version should be 12.0.1717.
Do this in a test company first: install the January 2017 hotfix for GP 2013 R2 (this is KB3218077). This should upgrade those modules to the versions you need them to be at. Then you should be able to test the upgrade to 2016 R2 again.
