How can we get a survey window on load of Dynamics 365 environment ? Can we customize it if present Out of box?

Hi all , 

I wanted to get the below given survey window as soon as user enters the Dynamics 365 environment:

Is there any Out of box functionality to get the above window or we need to make a customize window for it? 

Also , On making a customize window , how can we get this on load of environment ?

    You can try using Microsoft Forms to distribute surveys.
