Hello every one
today the environment was working well , after make new company copy and every thing was going well then we got this error and all users can't sign in to any company

as I said nothing unusual is made then this error appears and still can't log in for all users all companies even cronus>!!

If this is happening to a Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant hosted by Microsoft, then feel free to raise this to Microsoft. If not hosted by Microsoft but an OnPrem installation, then the application event log file should give you more information why this is not working.

Dear Mr. Marco thanks for your reply , yes it's hosted by Microsoft and our partner working to fix the issue and sure he will rise to Microsoft if he found no solution , thank you
