I would like to collect customers' feedback on closed Cases, using the Microsoft CRM Portals. I've installed the Customer Self-Service on a Dynamics 365 v9 (online instance). I don't find any documentation on how to do that. I only have info on the Feedback option for each entity and how to bring the sub-grid on the feedback form.
