How to get the fields values of an outlook email (such as email address, subject, etc) from Dynamics 365 app for outlook?

Hello Guys,

Recently we are using the new Dynamics 365 app for Outlook (Dyn365 app) in my organization . Also we have a custom entity that we want to set regarding with a given email from our contact.

In order to do that I know that I need select an email of our contact in outlook, then I need to click on "Track" button (within the Dyn365 app), then click on "New" button(the one with plus sign), finally I need to select our custom entity from the "new menu" and outlook will load our custom entity's quick create form automatically.

Having said that, we want to get the contact's email address and subject from the email that we are working with and then set those values in our custom entity's quick create form within dyn 365 app

I know this is possible since the same behavior is happening in Contact's quick create form (this is an out of the box form, is not custom one)
