I would say this is possible, but certainly not pretty.  If you use "Clone Field Definitions" plugin in the CRM Toolbox you can copy the field definitions that you want from Account to your custom entity/table.  From there, you would need to create either a workflow or a Power Automate Flow that would loop through the activity records, probably store them as variables in an array or maybe a temp table, which should (in theory) allow you to iterate through the related enttities to add those records provided you have enumerated all the possible relationships, and then write to the custom entity.  As said, you're going to have to do a LOT of testing to make sure you have caught the appropriate relations.

    Hi,

We cannot easily determine the associated field between timeline records in the account and the account.

So it is difficult for us to find out all timeline records based on account, and I think it is not very realistic to use power automate to transfer all the timeline records in the account.

But you can transfer part of the timeline records in the account, such as note, because the associated field can be determined.

You can find out the associated field of note through account, and then find the corresponding note record from this field.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Frank Gong

    Hello,

Power Automate looks like a good solution for your scenario.
