Unable to delete lines from posted trade agreement

Hi,

I have been using AX 2012 for approximately 10 years and this has never been a problem until about 2 weeks ago.
Sometimes because of errors/duplicates I need to delete lines from an already posted trade agreement. (Example the user has entered 2 prices for the same item and the same date range so I want to delete one of the lines)

This has not been a problem for the last 10 years but now I cannot delete a line.

I have attached an explanation of the process I have previously used which no longer works (see link below)

Any idea what could be causing this and how to correct it?

    Hi,

    Sorry for my ignorance but what is the "AOT"

    I could ask our developer to remove the lines but the problem is that I cannot remove lines from any trade agreement and I have lost this functionality completely so if they were to remove a specific line I do not think this would help me as I cannot expect them to correct every trade agreement for me.

    The video below demonstrates how it used to work but now when I click the "Select all lines to be deleted" nothing happens.

    Hi Dustbag1969

    i would like to suggest you that have you tried from the backend to remove those duplicated lines from the AOT or not. i would suggest try to remove the lines from the AOT and your issue will be resolved.

    Hi Dustbag1969,

    Are you aware of any possible changes to this environment? Maybe a change in configuration, security or customizations? If it worked before, we don't know what might be different which is causing this issue.
