Adding field to Employee table

Hi All,

I want to add a field to the 'Employee' table that has a table relation with the 'User' table ( by creating a Table Extension object). I haven't created any extension in which I have to achieve this. This modification needs to be done on Employee and User fields of Business Central only. How to achieve this ? Where the changes are needed to be done (in which file, in which folder etc.)

    Yeah, I have already gone through this video. It explains the way to add field to an extension.

    But in my case, I haven't created any extension.

    I have to make modifications in existing Employee and User tables of Business Central.

    why do you want to change standard Business Central? we have to use AL + Visula studio code for our development.

    Oh Okay..Way to do that ? What are the names of these tables in the database of BC, so that we can refer them.

    Any help would be highly appreciated.

    you can just type Employee while creating TableExtension and it will auto populate the table.
