Attachment file issues

Dear Experts

We are uploading documents/files in Sales Order , Purchase order, Sales Returns etc. Once it has been posted these attachments are not reflecting over there. How can we get these attached files on posted transactions also which we uploaded in before posting

Hi, I did a simple test and it doesn't seem to be the problem you said, the attachment will be saved in the Posted document.

PS: you can also try Incoming Document feature.

Yes as you said it will work perfectly if the sales Order or Purchase Order is fully Invoiced and Posted.

if we are doing the partial invoicing then the attachment is not coming. In that case what will do to come the attached files come on Posted transactions.

Hi, please use Incoming Document feature. Partial postings also transfer attachments. This way no customization is required.
