FUTA wages total on FUTA Summary

Has anyone had any descrepancies with the Wages column on the FUTA Summary report not being accurate?  I have instances between two like employees where one shows the wages total "including" pretax health ins. premium and the other does not include it in the wages total column...  This is occurring with numerous employees but I cannot find a common denominator.  Any advice?
