I'm having an issue where one of my users does not have the My Work section in Dynamics CRM. This is what she sees:
Compare to all other users with the same access roles:
Is this something she could have customized on her own without realizing it? Or is there something I'm missing in her permissions?

Thank you Mike, that was the cause. I didn't know we had another app available. It was supposed to have been deprecated.

First check the permission for entities.
But as per screenshots it seems that she is using some other model driven apps.
Please check the model driven apps as well.

Hi,
I would encourage you to check the security role assigned to the user to verify the permission.
For instance you can check if Activity Read access is given to the user.
I don't think user has the ability to customize the sitemap by themself.

Can you please see whether she's in the same app as everyone else?
I would clear the browser cache to see if that resolves it? You could also get the user to see if the issue occurs in another browser too?
