Hey community!
I'm facing a peculiar issue with my Dynamics 365 environment, specifically when attempting to send emails using a workflow. Strangely, the error surfaces only in the workflow-triggered scenario, while manual email creation works.

Investigation Details:
Upon delving into the error logs, it seems the problem lies in the custom plugin 'OCM.XRM.Plugins.EmailPlugin.' Here's a snippet of the plugin trace:
