Our customer is set on GP2015R2. Their users log in to a RDP server to launch GP. Some users are able to successfully open the tracking info on ups or fedex, others aren't. If I log in windows with the administrator id, I am able to drill back to the ups tracking site. If I logged in windows as the user and opened GP as a power user I was not able to drill into the tracking on the ups site.
Is there a setting in chrome or ie that needs to be set on each user's workstation? I appreciate any recommendations.
