Would this module allow me to download transactions from our banks and import them into GP to help speed up our reconcile process? Does anyone know how much it costs?

Thanks Frank. It is not registered. I am contacting my VAR right now to see what version of BRL we are on.

Click on Help, then 'About Microsoft Dynamics GP'. Click the 'Options' button at the lower right corner of the window. In the middle section of Options window, scroll down to see if Electronic Reconcile is registered. If it is, it will have a checkmark in the box. If the box isn't checked and you are on BRL-AM, it may just be a matter of installing the option.

I am 99% sure we are BRL Advanced (I known that is bad that I don't know). How would I check to see if it is in our install?

Hi Ron,

You're looking for Electronic Bank Reconcile, not Electronic Bank Management. The cost of the module will depend what licensing model you're on, module-based or Business Ready Licensing (BRL) and which BRL license you might be on - Business Essentials or Advanced Management. If you're on module-based or BRL-Business Essentials licensing, the EBR module is about $2k. If you're on BRL-Advancement Management, it's already included.
