The Workflow is not enabled for Purchase order when created from a drop ship

Hi, 

We are testing the drop ship. The Workflow is not enabled for Purchase order when created from a drop ship

Note: Change management is enabled in the Procurement and sourcing

and enabled in the vendor profile as well.

When the SO is created then called Sales Order / Direct delivery. The PO is created automatically but the workflow button in not enabled

    Please check of your PO workflow is active and set as default.

    Yes it is active and set as default. I have tested it outside drop ship and it is working

    Here what I found. This is by design.

    I don't know if there is work around in mean time or should we go through customization.
