Hello,
Apart from customizations, your go-live checklist should mainly cover business sign-off, cutover, data, users, integrations, support, and controls: confirm UAT/SIT/performance testing are completed and signed off, make sure master/opening/open transaction data migration has been tested in dry runs and validated, confirm users, licenses, permission sets/security groups are ready, verify posting setup, number series, dimensions, approvals, workflows, reports/print layouts, email setup, job queues, background sessions, bank/payment/export files, and all integrations with clear fallback if any external system is down, check posting date controls and opening balances, prepare a detailed cutover plan with activity sequence, owners, timings, go/no-go checkpoint, rollback/contingency, and verification steps, ensure production monitoring, help desk, support contacts, hypercare plan, and handover to support team are in place, and finally communicate to users about downtime, support path, and first-day process. If you send this to the client, keep it in sections: Readiness, Cutover, Data, Security, Integrations, Finance Controls, Reports/Documents, Support/Hypercare.
