Hi @Raed Salah Bzour ,
There is nothing you have done wrong here. Certainly moving .axmodel files cannot be the reason for Batch Management service failure.
Please try the below mentioned steps and after that try to start the service again and it should get started without any issues : -
1) Once .axmodel file is imported. Please go to Dynamics 365 Extension Menu -→ Model Management -→ Refresh Models (If there are any errors in the models it should throw an error right away such as duplicate artifacts etc)
2) If you are facing any errors in Step 1 please fix those errors first. Then go to Please go to Dynamics 365 Extension Menu -→ Model Management -→ Build Model -→ Select your model and click on Build (Do not perform Db sync in this process we will do it separately)
3) Once Step 2 (Model Build) is successfully completed go to Dynamics 365 Extension Menu -→ Synchronize database. Once Database is successfully synchronized try to start the service.
4) If after following step 1 to 3 does not solve the problem then close your RDP session of your Dev vm but close all applications first and close go to Environment page of that environment in LCS (Life Cycle Services) and then try to login into the environment if its giving you certificate error then in the Environment page go to Maintain -→ Rotate Certificates -→ Rotate ssl certificates. This will take some time and once its successfully completed. Login to your RDP of your Dev vm and try to start the service now. It should get started.
5) Sometimes if the update is too old it might give you 500 error while logging inside the environment if that happens and above Step 1 to 4 is not resolving the issue then please don't spend a minute extra on this and raise a ticket with Microsoft support.
Please check if this helps.
