CRM customer self-service portal case management

In the portal, we cannot close an open case. Moreover, the "reopen" button even shows for an open case.

Any help will be much appreciated!

    Hi Arpit,

    Thank you very much for your tips. I have added the "resolve" and "reopen" buttons in entity list but they cannot close / reopen cases yet.

    I am using Customer Self Service Portal. If you still having an issue get in touch with MS.
