On our Production environment we have a Service Portal for our customers. We want to update the portal (solution) to a new version but want to this on a sandbox environment first. I exectued the following steps to check first if the portal is working on the sandbox:
- made a minimal copy from production to a sandbox
- added the portal add to the sandbox via the dynamics 365 portal (gave its own service portal link)
but when i open the sanbox service portal the layout of the service portal is completely gone and only text is visible. Do you know how i can make the sandbox identical to production so that i can exectute the upgrade first on the sandbox to make sure the update doesnt affect any of our settings?
