Hi,

How in the standard, preferably without modification, exclude the following regions from the supply zone:

Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Teneriffa, La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro, Madera, Azory?

I guess exclusion of delivery modes in the level of cities and zip codes is not supported in standard. I might be wrong but will see what others have to say. Probably you might have to do a customization to support this requirement.

That's right, I've reached that point. Only there are some loopholes because if this “state” field is not selected when entering the customer's address, then the system will let through. Additionally, the question is whether there is an exclusion based on postal codes in the standard? In addition to the regin itself, I also have some specific cities that we need to exclude, and I wonder if the system standard provides this. It seems to me that there is no other tool besides what is presented here.

Can you please brief me on your requirement in detail? based on your question, what I understand is that you would like to exclude a few regions for a delivery mode used in Retail or E-Commerce. If yes, then it is possible to achieve this in the standard application using the following configuration in the Modes of Delivery form.
