After upgrading to GP2010 from GP90 when the customer enters the Customer PO Number on the ales Customer Detail Entry window, we receive a get/change operation on table 'gpCustomerPOSetup' cannot find the table error. Invalid object name 'DYNAMICS.dbo.gpCustomerPOSetup.
This also happens in Fabrikam. In Fabrikam I ran grant.sql against Dynamics and now I can get in but in the live database at customer's I did grant.sql against Dynamics and company db and it didn't help.
The message seemed to be that the table doesn't exist.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks! Sheila

Thanks Fransisco for your response. I understand the table is missing and what the get/change table is trying to access a record in the table and it can't find the table. This happens in Fabrikam test company also so why is the table missing?
The Security Profiler only showed two products, GP and the SmartList product for looking up the customer. So no other product is causing the issue. This should be a GP table so why is it not there?
Thanks,
Sheila
Hello Sheila, if you have a third party addon please run the installation again, when it says Invalid Object Name, means that its trying to access a table non existent on your current environment.
If you cannot determine if a third party was installed, then download Support Debugging Tool, use the Security Profiler feature and then you will be able to see the resource number and name, as well as product that might be causing this issue
