Error message when sending survey on Customer Voice

Hi,

I've received this error message for the last three days when trying to send out a survey:

"There was an error while sending the email. Please try again in some time."

Nothing has been changed in the survey, I'm sending in FireFox, haven't encountered this error before, the email address is valid, and I've tried to send on two different devices. 

Has anyone any troubleshooting tips available for this?
