Dynamics NAV 2016 doesn´t work

Good morning,
It seems that Dynamics NAV 2016 simply won't start.
I'm not seeing any errors, nor do I notice anything strange.
Yesterday I installed Project 2019 software, but there are no remnants of it anymore as I uninstalled it. I have reinstalled NAVISION multiple times, deleting folders and everything, but there's no way for it to start.

    Hi, please check the content in Event Viewer -> Windows logs -> Application , which will display detailed errors.
