Need to use Quote ID as Name of Quote - Not Opportunity name

Hello, 
 
The system is automatically naming the quotes generated by the team to the name of the Opportunity. We would like the quote name to be the Quote I.D which is auto-generated and numbered. I tried to edit the relationship in the entity but it wouldnt let me because it the mapping is 1 to many. Am I doing this wrong? Can someone please assist on changing this mapping

    The best way to achieve your desired behavior is to use a Workflow or a Business Rule in Dynamics 365 CRM. Here's how:

    1. Trigger: Set the trigger to fire when a new Quote is created or when an existing Quote is updated.
    2. Condition: (Optional) You can add a condition if you want this behavior to apply only under specific circumstances (e.g., only for Quotes of a certain type).
    3. Action:
      • Workflow: Use the 'Update Record' action to update the Quote's name field with the value of the Quote ID field.
      • Business Rule: Set the Quote's name field to the Quote ID field.

    I would suggest you to try the below Workflow to Update Existing Quotes: 
     
                 Try the below step it will work well and though if not then go for Jscript, it will work too.
     
    1. Create a workflow to update existing quotes with the Quote ID as the name.
    2. Go to Settings > Processes > New.
    3. Create a new workflow and set the category to Workflow and entity to Quote.
    4. Set the workflow to run on Create and Field Change (for any field that might affect the Quote name).
    5. Add a step to Update Record and set the Quote Name field to the Quote ID.
    6. Save and activate the workflow.

    I dont think this can be done using out of the box configuration.
     
    You can write a server side logic (Workflow, Power automate flow or plugin) on post create of quote to copy the value of Quote Id to Quote Name.
