Change posted date on AP checks

I posted some AP checks dated 1/1/10 in 2009 in error. Is there any easy way to correct this? We plan to do a journal entry, but would rather not at year end. Help?

    The other option would be to void the checks and reprocess them.  Messy but if you have not mailed the checks....

    Hi,

    If you're referring to the date of the resulting posted Journal Entry, then there is no facility within GP to edit that information.  Do the correcting journal, it is cleaner.
