Rebate agreement not working

I set up rebate, as in AX2012_ITIT_PMI_12.pdf, but I cannot generate any rebate.

Where could the problem be?

Any idea?

It seems that it's impossible generating rebate.

I'm trying on Ax 2013 R3 and previous version too, without success.

    Please upload the document so it can be referenced. Or load all of the details. Obvious question - have you invoiced the sales order? In R3 you have price lines showing you the rebate prior to posting as well.

    Nothing generated on the order before and after invoice. Should I use an item of  "formula" type?

    Would really need the PDF uploaded to even start to look, there is just not enough detail when you reference a setup in a document we do not have I am afraid.

    Rebate is calculated only if sales order has been totaly invoiced.

    If I do a partial invoice, rebate won't be gererated, right?
