Hi, I have an existing customer journey that's been running for several months. I have a contact that shows up in the dynamic marketing segment used in the Customer Journey and also DOES NOT show on the Suppression segment. She has not been receiving emails generated from the Customer Journey. When I look at her contact insights tab, it shows she was added to the suppression segment.
Once you've been added to the suppression segment, you can't reenter the customer journey, correct? Is there a work around to reintroduce contacts to customer journeys they were removed from?
I appreciate any direction I can get.
