How can I enable entity cross-view on a questionnaire?

Posted on by 40

I'd like to assign the same questionnaire to employees in multple legal entities.

However, it seems that when creating a questionnaire, this one becomes restricted to that entity where it was created.

Also, when assigning it from that entity to the different employees (so it could be accessed through the Self-Service area), the "Questionnaire Assigned to me" box appears to be empty, when it should look like this.

Only when changing the legal entity to the one where the questionnaire was created, does the questionnaire come through.

I wonder if there is a way to unlock a cross-view for questionnaires so that multiple employees can fill the same questionnaire.

Thank you in advance. Help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Lou,

I am not sure whether it is possible for multiple legal entities. I don't see any feature for this.

For example: Leave functionality has a cross-company leave view feature that handles leave with multiple legal entities.
