Dear all,
 
I have 2 queries regarding the licenses.
 
1) we have a sales team and they are just doing only the inventory item, sales order and sales order approval request. so without assigning any Microsoft license do we have any option to capture the sales order data and approval request to business central.
If any license required then, which license should we need to buy for this requirement?
 
 
2) Is there a way to test the Business central License prior to purchase. (Device,team member, etc)

    Hi, you could start testing through the trial , then you could subscribe for a short time some license to test its behavior. if you want to read the data you can do it through api or web services, from some other system? power apps?

    It could be that a Team Member license is enough for this. If You are on SaaS You can easily try out this license for a month for few bucks.
