Unable to add an Instagram Social Profile

Hi,

I am trying to add my company's Instagram profile to social engagement. From Social Profiles section, i click on Instagram Profile and a pop up shown. When i give permission for my company's account, pop up closes and nothing happens. I opened that instagram account and looked the authenticated apps, i can see the social engagement. However, in social engagement it does not shown.

I tried it with my personal instagram account. Its working. I gave permision, and on the social profiles list (on social engagement) i can see my account.

Is there a quota for account's follower number or something like that? The profile i was trying to add has 35k+ followers. But i am not getting any warning also.

I had tried it in incognito window before and it did not add but Today I tried again now its ok. Thank you Mr. D'Arcy

It should work, there is no quota or anything.

Can you try opening an incognito or "in private" window and re-adding the profile?

In Chrome -> Ctrl+Shift+N opens an incognito window

In Edge -> Ctrl+Shift+P opens an "in private" windows
