Alter "Anonymous" Survey Reponse afterwards

Hi,

i managed to link an anoymous survey response afterwards to an existing contact in CRM. What i cant achieve is to alter the display of "anonymous" in customer voice.

Is there a way to change this anonymous data via microsoft flow if i have a contact related after the survey submission.
