Marketing - "Recipient activity will not be followed"

Hi All,

Either I do an email campaign or I send direct-email to Leads, the recipient activity is not tracked. However, when I send email to individuals the email activity is tracked (followed).

I have checked all the settings are set to Allowed. Please suggest?
