I've seen that in LCS we have a template Microsoft standard for the BPML. However, do you know if is also exists a library of standard task record (file axtr) shared by Microsoft?

Do you mean task recordings from Microsoft that illustrate how to setup a sales order, purchase order or alike?
This is not available.
Yet, on the dynamics learning portal or Microsoft learn you can find a lot of illustrations and videos that demo how those processes work.
At the end of the day, the BPML is 'your' library and should be filled with your processes, which might differ from what MS envisions us to use.
