The theme.css should not take that long to load, and I would be careful about making changes to it.

You can have it hosted in Azure instead, but not sure if that will make a big difference.

Download the file from the Web Files folder, and you can minify it in order to shrink the size a little, but not sure if that is the best resource.

Where is your actual portal site hosted? Any possibilities of improving performance there?

    Hope this helps.

Just scroll down to Notes section. Expand it if it's not expanded. And actual file should be attached to first note.

As I've explained files are stored in crm records that's why it takes some time for the Pprtals to extract/receive them from Dynamics.

    Hi Dmytro!

here is the screenshot. I can not change it in the folder. I also tried to find it on the server but the item was not found.

    Do you have any suggestion?

    Miha

    Hi Miha,

It is selfhosted version of the portals so you can move theme.css which is just static file to be the real static file - put it just to /content/theme.css, so it will be loaded quite faster with IIS/Azure static handler.

Also, By default Portal preload all the resources including files (which are stored as annotation in adx_webfile entity) from the CRM after Portal restart and on the first load. So probably you will see much quicker loading time on second, third, ... load. If this doesn't happen - it can be issues with your hosting, or how you setup webnotifications.

As well you can see some support regarding this version of Portals here: https://github.com/Adoxio/xRM-Portals-Community-Edition (it is based on mentioned version but have more fixes and support)

    Thanks, Dmytro
