Can GP 10, SQL 2005 and FRx 6.7 work on Windows Server 2016?

Chances are maintenance has been allowed to expire and GP 10 will be used until the cows come home. As is the usual case when new meets old new always wins!
It's one of those things you would probably get away with, but any issues are unsupported. As long as you leave the current system unchanged, you could give it a try on a separate environment and see if you run into any issues.
Well, one argument might be: at least on an older OS you know it works. And being that it's unsupported you would want to change as few things as possible to keep it working without issues. :)
...........good point......... :)
Alas, isn't GP 10.0 an unsupported environment anyways? So what difference does it make to move an unsupported environment to another unsupported environment? Just playing devil's advocate here.
That's exactly right..........if you put your Dynamics GP on a non-supported environment, such as Dynamics GP 10.0 on Windows Server 2016, you run the risk of not being able to get support from us (Microsoft Dynamics GP Support) if you run into any issues, errors or your system goes down.
I would also look at moving from Dynamics GP 10.0 to a supported version as soon as possible, because all support of GP 10.0 ended Oct, 2017.
Thanks
Nope..
not a supported setup.
I'm not saying that technically wouldn't work (though who would be foolish enough to upgrade the OS but not the SQL & the apps.. ?), but if your run into any issues, you're going to stay in cold water and Microsoft won't help you.
