Hello everyone,
I am wondering if an user with Manager role will be able to view their respective employees' portal address in Manager Self-service.
I was able to generate employees' email addresses and phone numbers but unable to see the portal addresses.

Hi Rachel,
With the Manager role, You can see only contact information through ESS > My information > Company Directory
To View the Address information of an employee, You need access to the role: Human resource manager.

I was able to see employee's contact information with adding a field in their position under my team. Because we have employees from one legal entity that report to manager in other legal entity, so the information will not appear under Company Directory.
I was wondering if there is any way to pull address into the same Position box

If you click on the Add fields then you can see fields are available from "Person private details".
The format of that field is Option which means it will only show Yes or No and not the whole address. Do you have any suggestion? Thank you
Sorry, I forgot to see that. Apart from that, I don't see any field for Address.
This is something that a PowerApp maybe able to accommodate
