I have an issue with GP webservice and specifically on email action/Approvals on requisitions.
Once you click approve from the email, the Request Error shows up. Surprisingly this error occurs around midday. Things are okay in the morning and late in the evening. Also if the user approves from GP (Requisition Window) the action become busy on the window and the busy state may persists up to 20 minutes or more before it becomes finally approved. I presume the webservice cannot withstand a waiting of many minutes and may be that’s the reason its timing out.
When I check on DynamicsWebServicesExceptionsConsole. There is a timeout error.
I can’t attribute this error to browser or browser language since this situation is not permanent but it happens at around midday.
Has any person experience this or is it possible to adjust or extend the timeout for GP WebService??
