Cash and carry Delivery, Payment , error message , required value is missing

Hi,

I want a create sales orders in MPOS instead of Sales Transactions, so finally after testing many options, I opted with Cash and carry operation and it s working fine and

I think cash and carry-out options are working with customer order creation.  but it gives an error message 'Required value is missing' .

Can anyone help me in the context and what should i do in setup

    Hi Murthy,

    You can go to the Retail Server >>> Windows Event Log >>> Application and Services Log >>> Microsoft >>> Dynamics >>> Commerce-RetailServer >>> Operational you will get more details about the exception.

    If it is a cloud environment, you can use LCS Log Search, or you can F12 to view the error messages on the web side.

    You can use Event Viewer to view events for components that are installed on computers that run Microsoft Windows, if you have physical access to the computer where the events are logged.

    How to track the error. all are with some ids

    just help me, I may find which field value is missing. If I can see Context_custom_dimension column I can see the missing SQL query output
