Social Media Integrations for Dynamics 365 (CRM) on-premise

We are looking for a way to receive Leads from social media platforms (mainly Facebook) directly into our Microsoft Dynamics 365 instance. We have looked at a couple of solutions, both of which were unsuccessful. Such as Zapier (don't support on-premise) and Leadsbridge (months of work without even receiving a single lead).

One added complication is that we have many individual Business Units (80 at last count) which all require Leads to be sent to them.

Has anybody come across something which might help us achieve this?

You could create Microsoft Flow that can listen to any social media post. From your Flow you can then directly create records in CRM via On-Prem data gateway

If you do not have Office 365 account, you can sign up for one with only few license as a cost saving measure. With office 365 license, you get monthly free execution quota as well.

The on-prem data gateway was free before but i think you have to pay for it now but i dont think it will be that expensive

The benefit is you are not relying on any third party solution.

You could create one flow each social media type and create records in CRM
